It cannot show the hydrogen of hydroxyl group. When I try to remove explicit hydrogen it also removes the hydrogen atoms from the alcohol and also amine group. Why is it happening?

I'm afraid that you've discovered one of the limitations of the addin! We've used a 3rd party editor that shows the structures in one form (the right form!) and the drawing engine in the editor and the drawing engine in the addin doesn't get information about the 'H' atoms on OH and so doesn't draw them. We're starting work on a new way of drawing the structures that should may allow us to render the structures in the way that you (and I) would expect! In the meantime, you can draw an explicit O-H bond in the editor, and that will be rendered in the image in the Word document. Hope that all makes sense and helps!

Hi Miroslaw, Sorry to hear that you're having problems installing. I've just built a test machine that should essentially be the same as yours with the exception that it is English! Installing the addin required me to set it for 'Everyone' rather than 'Just me' to make it work. Could you post a translation of the error message that you see? Andy

Who rated this stable? On my Windows 7 system I can't even get this to install properly.

What issues have you encountered precisely? We would very much like to get to the bottom of them. Any help you can give would be welcome. We have identified some issues with the installer that we're trying to get a handle on. In the meantime, could you check to see if you can either install it for 'Everyone' or 'Just me'. I have it running on Win7/Office 2013 with it installed for 'Just me'! Andy

Very unstable and not ready to be live. It does not function at all with word 2013 64bit on windows 8.1. I was very disappointed as most of the items you click on cause word to crash. I had to disable it after just a few minutes. Will there be a real release coming that is designed for 2013? Not one that apparently wasn't even tested for it and just had the label thrown on it?

Hi howlingwolfgunn, I've installed and tested it on 8.1 Pro/x64 with Word 2013/x64 and it installed and ran successfully. I couldn't reproduce the problems that you mention. Do you have any other addins installed? It would be good for us to understand what may be going on with your installation. Andy
