Hi,

Thank you for your patience.

You can import the smart tags listed in http://img862.imageshack.us/img862/1187/capturesbl.png , by following the steps given below:

1) Open the MS Word
2) Select the Chemistry Ribbon
3) On the Import Group Click on "Load From" option
4) Click on OPSIN option
5) Enter the name of the smart tag on "OPSIN name to structure service" dialog

e.g. alanine if you want to import alanine smart tag.

6) Press "Enter" button
7) The dialog will display the corresponding smart tag's 2D structure
8) Click on "Import" button

Please let us know if the problem still persists.

Hi,

I have dug through the code and found the cause of the bug. I have now fixed the import issue and uploaded the source code as changeset 32b0a04162db and also created a new version of the installer which you can get from http://chem4word.codeplex.com/releases/view/63786. I hope this helps you with the problem and sorry for the delay tracking down the bug.

Regards,

Joe
